This event will launch a number of events taking place on Mental Health Awareness Week.
This short webinar is a taster to understanding and improving mental health and wellbeing, from a unique perspective, using A Whole You Approach. It will include short activities and discussion, as well as psychoeducation based on a popular model that is used across many fields, personally and professionally.

You will receive a PDF workbook upon completion of the workshop, that you can use to map your own way to supporting and improving your mental health.
